Carrier Agreement

AutoHaul Carrier Agreement — Summary

By joining the AutoHaul carrier network, you agree to the following terms:

1. Compliance: You maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and all required federal and state licenses at all times.

2. Load Acceptance: Once you accept a load or bid, you are responsible for completing the shipment. Cancellations after acceptance may result in suspension.

3. Photo Requirements: You must upload 7 photos at pickup and 7 photos at delivery, including separate VIN and odometer shots.

4. BOL Signing: A digital BOL must be signed by you at pickup and the receiver at delivery. Electronic signatures are legally binding.

5. Payment: Payment is released from escrow within 2 business days of confirmed delivery.

6. Disputes: Damage claims and disputes are handled by AutoHaul — both parties must cooperate with the resolution process.

If your DOT number has already been registered by someone else on AutoHaul, do not worry — this can happen because USDOT information is publicly available and anyone can enter it.

Fill out the form below and we will contact your company directly to confirm your identity and invite you to the platform under the correct account.

If there is any dispute over account ownership, we will ask you to provide one of the following documents to verify you are the authorized representative of this carrier:

A signed letter on company letterhead authorizing your use of the USDOT number
A copy of your MCS-150 filing showing your name or company as the registered entity
A government-issued ID matching the registered owner name on FMCSA

Once verified, we will transfer the account to you and remove any unauthorized access.
